VMR200EX

VMR200EX spark detector is ATEX-certified for zone20 (in other words for area where explosion eligible mix of flammable dust and air is present continuously, for a long periods of time and often)

The detector examines the wavelengths of spark radiated energy and reacts immediately, in appr. 1 millisecond to the spark detected by VMW200EX.

VMR spark detectors are very sensitive and they can detect sparks even through layers of dust. Intelligence built into the VMR detectors allows other extinguishing media in addition to water to be used.

Typical applications:

Mechanical wood processing
Bio furnaces and moss operated plants
Paper mills
Foodstuff industries

Due to integrated control electronics the VMR detectors can be coupled with some other alarm system.
