MODEL INSTALLATION

Assembly of Atexon spark detector and extinguishing system to a duct environment is presented in the adjacent picture. Spark detectors have detected sparks in a duct and triggered the extinguishing unit on.

On the wall there is the central control unit which oversees the function of the whole system with alarm functions. Above the control unit there is an alarm and signalling device.

Below the control unit is shown a pressure booster unit which assures the sufficient water pressure and amount (l/min) for the extinguishing units.

In the left low corner of the picture there is an air blower whose surface temperature is monitored by Atexon surface temperature cable. Bearing defects and blower clogging are common cases of dust explosions and fires.
